TBTUNED LTD ("TBT", "we", "us", "our") is an independent provider of ECU calibration files, technical advice and remote diagnostic services to professional automotive workshops, tuners and competent end-users.

All files, software modifications and technical services we supply are provided strictly for motorsport, off-road, closed-circuit or competition use only, or for use in jurisdictions where the specific modification is legally permitted on the public road.

Where local law requires a tuning declaration, road-test certificate or re-registration of a modified vehicle, it is the customer's responsibility to obtain it before any on-road use.

Removing, disabling or modifying emissions hardware or software — including but not limited to DPF, GPF, OPF, EGR, AdBlue / SCR, NOx sensors, EVAP, lambda monitoring, catalytic converters and related diagnostic monitors — may be illegal for road use in your country and may cause a vehicle to fail an MOT, TÜV, NCT, RDW or equivalent roadworthiness inspection.

These services are offered for off-road, motorsport, export or testing purposes only. The customer warrants that the vehicle will not be used on the public road in violation of any applicable law, type approval or environmental regulation.

Performance maps, Stage 1 / 2 / 3 calibrations, hardcut and soft-cut limiters, launch control, anti-lag, pop & bang and crackle / flame maps may be unsuitable for road use, may exceed legal noise limits, and may invalidate vehicle warranty, insurance and type approval. Customers must verify legality and insurance cover before driving a modified vehicle on public roads.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that any modification carried out using files or advice supplied by TBT complies with the laws, regulations, MOT / TÜV / NCT roadworthiness rules, type-approval requirements, insurance terms and warranty conditions applicable to the vehicle and its intended use.

Customers should check with their insurer, transport authority and any relevant tuning regulator (e.g. DVSA, RDW, TÜV, KBA, RSA) before driving a modified vehicle on public roads.

The customer warrants that the vehicle is mechanically sound and in a suitable condition to receive the requested calibration. TBT accepts no liability for pre-existing faults, hardware failures, wear-and-tear damage or any consequential damage that occurs before, during or after the file is installed.

All work is carried out at the customer's request and risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TBTUNED LTD accepts no responsibility and no liability for fines, prosecutions, failed inspections, refused or cancelled insurance, voided manufacturer warranties, mechanical or electronic damage, loss of use, loss of profit or any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the unlawful use of a modified vehicle on the public road or from the customer's failure to comply with applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of the customer's jurisdiction.

Calibration files are bespoke digital products and, once delivered, are non-refundable. Where a file does not perform as described, we will work in good faith to revise it. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

All trademarks, vehicle names, model designations and tooling brands referenced on this site (including but not limited to manufacturer model names, Autotuner, Alientech, MagicMotorsport, bFlash, PCMflash and Dimsport) are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only. TBTUNED LTD is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer or tooling brand.

By ordering, uploading a file, paying an invoice or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full and that the vehicle will be used in compliance with all applicable laws.
